Chicken antiserum to avian paramyxoviruses sub-type 3. Prepared as a positive control serum to be used in the Haemagglutination Inhibition Test.

Other subtypes are available for commercial supply but they are strictly

Directions For Use

Tap all particles to the bottom of the bottle; remove the silver cap and rubber bung. Reconstitute with 0.5ml sterile distilled water. Care must be taken to ensure the entire contents are completely re-suspended.

For use in sero diagnostic tests.

Once reconstituted store at 2-8°C for up to one month, or at

-20°C for up to one year and used on the same day as thawing.

Alternatively after reconstitution add 50µl of 1% Sodium Azide and store between 0 and 10°C for up to 6 months.
