RAE0239 E.coli K99 fimbrial adhesin
Overview
Murine class IgG2a monoclonal antibody raised against the K99 fimbrial adhesin of Escherichia coli. The antibody is produced from a hybridoma generated by fusion with NS 1 myeloma cells and is affinity purified using Protein G. The purified antibody is standardised to a concentration of 1mg/ml by BCA assay and supplied freeze dried at 1mg per vial.
The antibody is suitable for use in ELISA and immunoperoxidase based detection systems for the specific identification of E. coli K88 positive strains, supporting diagnostic and research. mAb available in conjugated form on request.
