Inactivated Salmonella pullorum stained antigen is a buffered formal saline suspension of standard and variant strains stained with crystal violet, for use in rapid slide agglutination tests. It enables detection of Salmonella pullorum antibodies in poultry using whole blood or serum, with sufficient reagent for 500 tests
