Inactivated antigen for use in the Complement Fixation Test for the detection of antibodies to B.abortus/melitensis/suis. Working dilution x10 concentrate. Volume per microtitre well 25µl. Standardised to give 50% fixation with a 1/200 dilution of the International Standard Serum to B.abortus.
