Fast track service

APHA offer a fast track testing service which is applicable to certain tests. For information about the tests which are included, please contact the general enquiry point on 0208 415 2280 where you will be given further advice and information.

There is an additional charge per sample, per test for using the fast track service – please refer to TC0822 in the price list.

Customers are requested to indicate on the APHA submission form if the fast track service is required. Please note that a request does not guarantee the fast track service. Although we will endeavour to meet all customer requirements for fast tracking of tests, this may not always be possible.

Customers should always refer to published turn-around times when making dependent arrangements. Test results will be emailed to customers so please include the appropriate email address on the submission form

Receiving your test results

Check the APHA Scientific price list for the maximum processing time for each test.

Test results are returned as soon as possible. If you need the findings urgently, you should include this on the form.

Reports are sent by email. You must pay an extra fee if you need the report to be sent by post or courier. You can also request that the report is sent to others.
